Guest Service Agent (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Guest Service Agent greets, registers and assists guests in a friendly, courteous manner while upholding Marriott brand and sustainability standards. This part‑time position supports front‑desk operations, handles reservations, payments and guest inquiries, and contributes to overall guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, register them, assign rooms and verify payment methods.
• Make, confirm and modify reservations using the PMS system.
• Compute bills, collect payments, issue change and balance accounts.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor.
• Secure guests' valuables, assist with luggage and provide support in the breakfast area during peak periods.
• Maintain accurate records, perform bookkeeping activities and monitor guest satisfaction scores.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lb and work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
