About the role
The Guest Room Attendant ensures each guest room meets Four Seasons' high standards of cleanliness and presentation, providing a personalized and luxurious experience for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom, following established procedures.
- Perform room attendant duties in occupied and checkout rooms, including turndown service.
- Identify opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards.
