About the role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to join our team and ensure guests feel satisfied and comfortable throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

Providing exceptional service to guests
Implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction
Assisting with guest queries, disputes and complaints
Handling guest arrivals and departures
Acting as a communication hub between guests and team members
Informing guests about service updates and providing reports to senior management

Required profile

Experience as a Guest Relations or Hospitality Manager
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of the hospitality industry
BA/BSc in Hospitality, Business or a related field
