About the role
The Boston Celtics are seeking a motivated Guest Experience Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This part‑time role offers hands‑on experience supporting fan‑facing services during home games and events, while developing professional skills in a high‑energy sports environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage fan‑facing portals, including the Celtics Contact Us page and Customer Service inbox.
- Analyze post‑game survey data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Review, prioritize, and escalate incident reports as needed.
- Execute tasks across platforms such as Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
- Provide ticket support and assist fan ingress on Celtics home game nights.
- Handle low‑level service recoveries and coordinate escalations for higher‑level issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments and TD Garden Guest Experience team to communicate policies and procedures.
- Support additional projects as assigned.
Required profile
- Current junior or senior undergraduate student, or graduate student, eligible for academic credit.
- Prior experience in customer service; experience in entertainment, sports, or events is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities and active‑listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
