About the role
Ochsner Health is seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to join its team on a full‑time basis. The role works the 12:30 pm – 9 pm shift and supports patients and staff by handling incoming calls.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide callers with accurate information and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Assist patients and visitors with inquiries related to Ochsner Health services.
- Maintain call logs and record pertinent details as required.
Required profile
- Willingness to work the specified 12:30 pm – 9 pm shift on a full‑time basis.
