Guest Experience Intern – Fall Semester 2026

About the role

The Boston Celtics are seeking a motivated Guest Experience Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This part‑time role offers hands‑on experience supporting fan‑facing services during home games and events, while developing professional skills in a high‑energy sports environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage fan‑facing portals, including the Celtics Contact Us page and Customer Service inbox.
• Analyze post‑game survey data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Review, prioritize, and escalate incident reports as needed.
• Execute tasks across platforms such as Archtics and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
• Provide ticket support and assist fan ingress on Celtics home game nights.
• Handle low‑level service recoveries and coordinate escalations for higher‑level issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments and TD Garden Guest Experience team to communicate policies and procedures.
• Support additional projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Current junior or senior undergraduate student, or graduate student, eligible for academic credit.
• Prior experience in customer service; experience in entertainment, sports, or events is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and active‑listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing conditions.
