GTM Engineer

About the role

Accessiway is looking for a GTM Engineer to design and build AI‑driven go‑to‑market systems that power the company’s revenue engine across multiple markets. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and regional leadership to automate pipeline generation, deal management, onboarding, renewal and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Embed AI and large language models into every stage of the revenue motion, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
• Generate and personalize outbound and inbound pipeline across markets and languages, managing deliverability.
• Automate research, call preparation, CRM updates and early deal‑risk detection, creating seamless handoffs to Customer Success.
• Detect expansion signals and churn risk early, and develop upsell and renewal plays.
• Build enrichment pipelines that transform CRM, product usage, conversation and intent data into clean inputs for all revenue plays.
• Track outcomes, kill under‑performing plays quickly and scale successful experiments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using AI and LLMs to build GTM systems.
• Strong systems thinking with ability to define clear decision rules and guardrails.
• Proven B2B SaaS track record in pipeline generation and full revenue lifecycle.
• Experimental mindset: measure outcomes, test small, learn fast and scale.
• Fluent English for collaboration across four markets.

Required skills

• AI/LLM development and integration.
• Experience with Clay or similar enrichment and workflow‑automation platforms.
• API fluency, no‑code/low‑code tools and light scripting.
• Data literacy for handling multi‑source enrichment waterfalls.
• HubSpot and Gong (or similar conversation‑intelligence tools) – bonus.
