Growth Marketing Specialist (B2B)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing B2B growth generalist to drive client acquisition for our digital agency. This is a hands‑on, tactical position where you will design, execute, and analyse growth experiments, taking ownership of the entire funnel from prospect research to conversion optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and analyse end‑to‑end growth experiments across multiple channels.
• Manage cold‑email, LinkedIn, organic, and paid campaigns, optimising against clear KPIs.
• Own CRO for the company website and client‑facing assets, identifying friction points and testing fixes.
• Improve SEO, GEO (generative engine optimisation), landing pages, and portfolio pages with real project metrics.
• Write blog content and oversee SEO/GEO specialists and related tooling.
• Brief and review the performance of a Google Ads contractor, implementing landing‑page and campaign adjustments.
• Set up and maintain marketing infrastructure, including website CRM, cold‑email systems, alerts, and automation.
• Conduct prospect research using traffic, CRO, and redesign data to craft compelling outreach examples.
• Implement AI agents and tools to enhance marketing workflows.
• Maintain up‑to‑date dashboards for team visibility.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B growth or marketing experience, preferably in an agency or creative‑services environment.
• Hands‑on, tactical mindset – you execute campaigns, CRO, and copy yourself.
• Exceptional copywriting ability with a clear, persuasive style.
• Highly organised, capable of juggling multiple projects and rapid context‑switching.
• Comfortable working with data, building simple dashboards and reports.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
