Growth Marketer – Native Ads

About the role

Trafilea is looking for a Growth Marketer focused on Native and Programmatic acquisition. You will own and scale paid campaigns on platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak, turning data into profitable growth for our digitally native brands.

Key responsibilities

• Own and scale Native Ads across Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak while maintaining profitable performance.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns daily based on ROAS, CPC, funnel performance, and profitability.
• Drive the Native creative strategy in partnership with the Creative Strategy team.
• Optimize landing pages and funnels specifically for Native traffic.
• Run a high‑velocity testing cadence across campaigns, creatives, and funnels.
• Turn performance data into action, identifying profit drops and scaling opportunities.
• Lead and develop a Media Buyer, providing coaching and clear responsibilities.
• Build the Native Ads playbook, incorporating proven practices and raising channel standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience operating and scaling campaigns on Taboola, Outbrain, and NewsBreak.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns, not just platform familiarity.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response landing pages and funnels for Native traffic.
• Analytical ability to diagnose profitability issues across funnel metrics.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a Media Buyer.
