Groundskeeper (Part Time) – Union Tuscaloosa Student Living

About the role

This part‑time position ensures the community’s grounds, amenities and overall curb appeal are maintained to Greystar’s standards, supporting the service team and residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect common areas throughout the day to remove litter, debris and pet droppings.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments, transfer it to dumpsters, and maintain storage areas.
• Complete minor service requests, assist make‑ready specialists, and change locks per policy.
• Distribute resident notices, report hazards, and respond to maintenance‑related complaints.
• Participate in safety meetings, complete OSHA training, and report incidents promptly.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols and communicate respectfully with residents.

Required skills

• Operating a golf cart safely.
• Basic lock‑changing procedures.
