Groundskeeper for Middletown Landing Community

About the role

The Groundskeeper ensures the community’s outdoor areas, amenities, and overall curb appeal are consistently maintained to high standards. This role supports the service team and contributes to a pleasant living environment for residents.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings, keeping all common areas and amenities clean.
• Remove trash and items from vacant apartments before the make‑ready process, transport waste to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
• Complete minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover processes.
• Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure pool area gates are properly secured.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as litter removal, trash handling, and lock changes.
• Attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Willingness to work outdoors and follow established property policies.
