About the role

The Leasing Professional for the Rolling Hills community will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through effective marketing, leasing, and renewal activities. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, ensuring a seamless leasing experience from first inquiry to move‑in and lease renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications, including credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and coordinate smooth resident move‑ins.
• Inspect units before occupancy, confirm move‑in readiness, and schedule any necessary maintenance.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform short‑ and long‑term marketing plans.
• Execute marketing initiatives such as resident referral programs, employer outreach, and online advertising on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite, Yardi) to track availability, record leasing activity, and manage resident data.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining high standards for unit presentation.
• Proactive attitude toward market research and community promotion.

Required skills

• Experience with OneSite property management software.
• Experience with Yardi property management software.
• Familiarity with online marketing tools such as Craigslist.
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook for marketing purposes.
