Pool Attendant – Middletown Landing

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Pool Attendant to maintain the safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the community pool and hot tub at Middletown Landing. The role involves direct interaction with residents and ensures that the pool area meets Greystar’s high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean pool(s) and hot tub(s) by removing debris and vacuuming the bottom as needed.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the pool area, including grounds, furniture, and building exteriors.
• Enforce posted pool rules to ensure the safety and well‑being of all users.
• Maintain and inspect pool‑related tools and equipment, request replacements, and assist with inventory stocking.
• Provide courteous customer service to residents and visitors.
• Assist Service Technicians with routine tasks when requested.
• Work one of two shifts: 11 am – 4 pm or 4 pm – 9 pm.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently and follow established safety and cleanliness standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment.
• Willingness to enforce pool rules consistently.
• Flexibility to work assigned shift hours.

Required skills

• Operation of pool cleaning and vacuum equipment.
