About the role
The Groundskeeper will maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the Lakeshore Lofts community in Irving, Texas. This full‑time position ensures that all outdoor areas, common spaces and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect the property throughout the day to remove litter, debris and pet droppings, keeping all common areas tidy.
- Clear trash from vacant apartments, transport it to dumpsters or storage areas, and maintain those storage spaces.
- Perform minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
- Assist the make‑ready specialist during apartment turnover processes.
- Change locks in accordance with property policy and ensure gates are secured.
Required profile
- Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors for extended periods.
- Attention to detail to maintain community standards and cleanliness.
- Willingness to support service team members and follow established procedures.
