Escrow Assistant – Las Colinas Office

About the role

We are seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our Independence Title team at the Las Colinas Office in Irving, Texas. You will support the closing process for residential and commercial real‑estate transactions, ensuring a smooth and remarkable experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the collection of information needed to finalize home sales.
• Handle front‑end processing and post‑closing/funding tasks as directed by the Escrow Officer.
• Read contracts, commitments, and orders, and assemble the necessary documents for each file.
• Maintain files, record appropriate documentation, issue checks after closing, and transmit documents to lenders.
• Provide courteous, professional service to external customers and internal team members.

Required skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years escrow experience.
• Experience with RamQuest system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
