Escrow Officer – Las Colinas Office

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Escrow Officer to join our Las Colinas office in Irving, Texas. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure real‑estate transactions close accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with internal staff and clients to drive timely, error‑free closings.
• Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, and complete all required closing paperwork.
• Obtain lender approvals, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
• Build and service a growing business portfolio.
• Support team members proactively and maintain respectful communication.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and participate in marketing activities to expand the customer base.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing, well‑organized with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and conduct toward employees and customers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain an Escrow Officer license if not already licensed.
• Minimum 5 years of direct escrow or closing experience.
• Technical knowledge of the closing process.
• On‑site work only; no remote option.
