About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organized Escrow Support & Front Desk Representative to join our Independence Title office in Las Colinas. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing exceptional service while supporting our escrow teams.
Key responsibilities
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage lobby setup.
- Process deliveries, mail, and maintain office supplies and copy room.
- Open new client files in the database system.
- Assist escrow teams with administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of administrative or receptionist experience.
- Strong work ethic, solution‑oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
- Ability to work on‑site in Irving, Texas.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
