Graduate Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Kick‑start your career as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in Austin, working with a specialist recruitment firm that focuses on renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering and data centre talent. You will receive hands‑on training, work alongside experienced consultants and start earning commission from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and build relationships with specialist candidates using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms and market research.
• Support senior consultants on live vacancies and contribute to placements.
• Understand candidates' career goals, experience and motivations.
• Develop expertise across growing technical markets such as renewable energy and data centres.
• Participate in structured coaching and training sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; recent or upcoming graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills and confidence to start conversations with new contacts.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with an interest in a commercially focused career.
• Excellent organization and time‑management abilities.
• Curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn; prior recruitment experience is not required.

Required skills

What we offer

• $45,000 base salary with first‑year earning potential of $75,000–$85,000.
