About the role
As a Research and Analysis Consultant you will work closely with our recruiters to uncover talent that is not actively looking for a job. You will dive deep into markets, companies and professional networks to identify candidates that match our clients' needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market and company mapping to understand talent pools.
- Identify and contact potential candidates using LinkedIn, databases, AI tools and other digital resources.
- Analyse candidate markets and build insights for search strategies.
- Support recruiters throughout the hiring process, from initial contact to final placement.
Required profile
- Highly curious and enjoys digging deeper than the first search result.
- Comfortable reaching out to people you do not know.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a structured way and see projects through to completion.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Experience using databases and AI‑based search tools.
