Global Program Manager - Software Implementation

About the role

Veeva Systems is looking for an experienced Global Program Manager to lead its most strategic software implementation programs across the Development Cloud. This customer‑facing position requires a strong consulting background and the ability to drive successful outcomes for life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic programs, ensuring methodology, timeline, scope, resources and quality are met.
• Drive customer success through risk, change and escalation management.
• Own stakeholder relationships and guide customers toward long‑term success.
• Mentor project teams to foster employee success.
• Manage global Vault implementations in Clinical, Quality, Regulatory or Safety for strategic accounts.
• Collaborate with IT and business executives on deployment, governance and post‑deployment roadmaps.
• Support proposal development, contract negotiation and coordinate Customer Success Manager activities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of large‑scale enterprise software program management experience.
• Consulting background with a proven ability to lead complex customer engagements.
• Track record of delivering measurable business results.
• Experience shaping technology strategy and roadmaps for healthcare or life‑science enterprises.
• Strong executive‑level communication and influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% based on customer needs.

Required skills

• Veeva Vault implementation expertise.
• Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) implementation experience in GxP environments.
