Global Program Manager (EST Hours)

About the role

Pontoon is looking for a Global Program Manager covering EST hours to direct a large Managed Service Program within its MSP organization. The role maximizes revenue, profitability, client and supplier satisfaction and program compliance, and covers clients with global remit and substantial average annual spend, including staff augmentation and services procurement. It involves travel and works under limited direction.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the program's KPIs and manage the program P&L, team performance and client stakeholder management (Spend under Management, Revenue, SG&A, DC, EBITDA).
• Own the defend and grow strategy, including growing the portfolio through new products, and meet target NPS scores.
• Manage assigned account resources, oversee order management and supplier program, and ensure business rules and practices are followed across programs.
• Recruit, manage and retain onsite and dedicated resources, and pursue account development opportunities with customers.
• Analyze results to identify risks and opportunities, and take part in quarterly and yearly business reviews with customers.
• Manage a yearly budget and P&L, providing monthly commentary on financial progress.
• Advise colleagues on complex account issues, recommend service delivery models for prospects, and advise Sales Vice Presidents on bids and proposals, taking part in executive-level sales presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; master's degree preferred; LSS Green Belt or higher preferred.
• 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a large Managed Service Program or related field.
• Expertise in managed service programs, national contract sales and the contingent workforce industry.
• Excellent leadership, management and written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to own the P&L and drive account growth.

• Salary range of $120,000 to $145,000, with bonus eligibility through Pontoon's incentive program.
