Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative you will drive growth by connecting with prospective customers and helping them understand the value of the platform, working closely with Account Executives to identify new opportunities and build relationships. Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and create new sales opportunities within assigned target accounts and territories
• Engage prospective customers proactively by phone, email and other outreach channels
• Execute an account-based go-to-market strategy with Account Executives
• Build trust with prospects by understanding their business challenges and goals
• Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and support pipeline development
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and consistently hit weekly and monthly KPIs
• Act as the first point of contact for prospects and represent the company professionally

Required profile

• Experience engaging customers or prospects in a sales, business development or customer-facing setting
• Strong verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills, able to uncover customer needs
• Motivated self-starter interested in building a career in sales
• Quick learner who can adapt to feedback and handle objections
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team environment

Required skills

• Hybrid work environment with quarterly travel required
• Salesforce knowledge is ideal but not required
