About the role

Accelecom is seeking a full‑time exempt Account Director to sell into the Georgia State Government & Education (SLED) vertical. The role focuses on consultative selling, superior customer service and helping the vertical solve business problems.

Key responsibilities

Formulate and execute robust vertical GTM and account plans.
Develop and execute customer contact plans.
Identify and execute upsell and cross‑sell strategies.
Sell transport, IP, managed services and voice solutions to municipalities, universities, K‑12 systems and libraries.

Required profile

Hunter mindset with ability to create and close new opportunities.
Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven quota attainment.
Strong analytical, technical and financial acumen.
Ability to thrive in a start‑up environment and manage multiple deliverables.

Required skills

Dark Fiber, Wavelengths, Ethernet transport solutions.
IP Transit, Dedicated Internet Access, DDoS mitigation.
Managed Firewall, Router, WiFi and SD‑WAN services.
UCaaS and CCaaS voice solutions.
Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.
