About the role
Join a fast‑paced food manufacturing team in Portage, WI, working full‑time on the production line with opportunities for overtime and a weekly perfect‑attendance bonus.
Key responsibilities
- Package, label, and inspect food products.
- Fill, seal, band, and box products.
- Palletize finished goods and assist with equipment setup and cleaning.
- Follow food safety and quality procedures while meeting daily production goals.
Required profile
- Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Capability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift/handle products as needed.
- Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures.
- Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food experience is a plus; training provided.
What we offer
- $150 weekly perfect‑attendance bonus.
- Overtime pay at $22.50‑$23.25 per hour.
- Weekly pay and full‑time employment.
- Team‑oriented, fast‑paced work environment; Spanish speakers welcome.
