About the role
Join Clouse Construction’s labor team to support a variety of construction projects, from concrete work to building erection.
Key responsibilities
- Clean up and organize materials on the jobsite and at the facility.
- Install concrete foundations and place/finish concrete slabs.
- Operate smaller equipment, site work and power tools.
- Erect pre‑engineered steel buildings and wood‑stud framed structures.
Required profile
- Team player eager to learn the “Clouse Way” and share experience.
- Initiative to keep the jobsite and work truck tidy.
- Consistent punctuality and strong attendance.
- Pleasant attitude, solid work ethic, and ability to follow direction.
Required skills
- Operate power tools and small construction equipment.
- Install concrete foundations and slabs.
- Erect steel and wood‑frame building components.
