About the role
This Estimator/Project Manager works closely with suppliers, subcontractors, accountants, and operations staff to deliver accurate financial and budget analysis for construction projects.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to understand project scope.
- Prepare material and labor cost estimates and develop project schedules.
- Manage bids and contracts with vendors and subcontractors, coordinating all parties.
- Present project proposals to customers and ensure on‑time, under‑budget, high‑quality project completion.
Required profile
- Team player willing to learn the “Clouse Way” and share experience.
- Previous experience as an Estimator or Construction Project Manager.
- Background with public jobs is a plus.
