About the role
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to assist with concrete form setup, surface finishing, and equipment maintenance on construction sites in Baltimore.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and dismantling concrete forms.
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces.
- Use hand and power tools such as trowels, screeds, and concrete saws.
- Clean and maintain equipment and move materials as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively to complete projects.
Required profile
- Good physical condition; able to lift at least 50 lb, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
- 1‑3 years of construction or concrete work experience.
- High‑school diploma or GED.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and successful background check.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work extended shifts, including possible weekends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (trowels, screeds, concrete saws).
- Knowledge of safety equipment and procedures (hard hat, safety vest, goggles, steel‑toe boots).
