Future Talent Program – Large Molecule Analytical Sciences Co‑op

About the role

The Future Talent Program offers a 6‑month co‑op in the Global Quality Large Molecule Analytical Sciences team, providing hands‑on experience in a GMP environment while supporting the development and performance of large‑molecule pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, troubleshoot, and validate analytical methods for large‑molecule products.
• Perform sample testing, support process changes, and qualify analytical software.
• Participate in laboratory start‑up activities such as instrument qualifications and inventory management.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a B.S. in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum three years of study in a relevant BS or MS program.
• Ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Experience with pipettes, balances, pH meters, biosafety cabinets and fume hoods.
• Proficiency in ELISA, qPCR, protein concentration assays (UV280, SoloVPE, BCA, Bradford), HPLC, capillary electrophoresis, LC‑MS, ICP‑MS, light scattering detection, container closure integrity testing, compendial testing.
• Knowledge of microbial techniques such as kinetic turbidimetric/chromogenic assays, sterility testing, environmental monitoring and microbial limits testing.
