Functional Lead – Oracle Cloud Recruiting Module

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Functional Lead to drive the implementation of the Oracle Cloud Recruiting module. This remote, full‑time position involves occasional client site visits and requires strong configuration, workflow design, and client‑facing expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead functional implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Recruiting to meet client‑specific requirements.
• Design end‑to‑end recruiting and onboarding workflows and orchestrate their execution.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration and data flow.
• Provide guidance on recruiting process optimization and act as a trusted advisor in client discussions.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and post‑go‑live troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle implementations and configurations.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel for client visits.
