About the role

Santander is seeking a dedicated Full‑Time Teller for its Gold Star branch in Worcester, MA. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering high‑quality service while handling daily cash transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, minimize wait times, and assist with banking needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and maintain accurate cash drawer balances.
• Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and refer appropriate product solutions.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Support custodial duties, audits, and other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist nearby branches when needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• Minimum 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Computer proficiency.
