Full-Time Prep/Line Cook at Wrigley Mansion

About the role

Join the culinary team at Geordie's Restaurant & Lounge in the historic Wrigley Mansion as a full‑time line and prep cook. You will work in a fast‑paced environment preparing high‑quality dishes and supporting the kitchen staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring and following recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Cook food using various methods such as baking, grilling, sautéing while adhering to food safety and storage procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient meal service and assist with events as needed.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques (baking, grilling, sautéing).
• Operation of kitchen equipment such as knives, ovens and grills.
• Food safety and handling, including possession of a food handler’s card.
