About the role
R+L Carriers is seeking full‑time Forklift Operators for its Findlay, OH service center. You will work on a roofed, non‑climate‑controlled dock moving freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long. The position offers a starting wage of $22.93 per hour with benefits and vacation after 90 days.
Key responsibilities
- Move various types of freight safely in and out of trailers and onto the dock.
- Operate a forklift on a roofed dock, handling loads up to the size of a 53‑foot trailer.
Required profile
- Ability to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
- Read and interpret shipping manifests.
- Interact with computer displays for load tracking.
- Dependable, able to work in a fast‑paced environment with prior forklift experience.
