Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – $45K Sign-On Bonus

About the role

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) provides anesthesia care for surgical, obstetrical and other pain‑producing procedures under physician supervision. The role operates within a collaborative team that includes residents, fellows, attendings and other staff to ensure safe patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients before, during and after anesthesia administration.
• Administer anesthesia following accepted practice techniques and ensure patient safety.
• Document patient procedures, incidents and anesthesia records.
• Serve as a liaison between surgeons, anesthesiologists, patients, families and other care team members.
• Participate in quality‑assurance initiatives and professional development activities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal, state and local regulations affecting anesthesia practice.

Required profile

• Master’s degree from an AANA‑accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Active APRN license in the state of practice.
• Certification through the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and on‑call assignments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based computer applications for data entry and patient information retrieval.
• Strong data‑entry skills to accurately record anesthesia documentation.
