Full-Time Bank Teller – Sudbury, MA

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Bank Teller to join our Sudbury, MA branch. As a Teller you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate and friendly service while supporting the branch’s daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, minimize wait times and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other transactions.
• Handle cash and maintain accurate cash‑drawer balances.
• Follow all bank policies, compliance and risk‑management procedures to prevent fraud.
• Identify opportunities to refer customers to appropriate bank products and cross‑sell services.
• Educate customers on digital self‑service tools and promote their use.
• Support custodial duties, audits and other operational tasks as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and may assist nearby branches when required.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience.
• At least 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow directions, policies and procedures.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• Comfortable using digital tools and basic computer applications.
• Willingness to work branch hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills
