About the role
Jobs for Humanity, in partnership with Rimthan, is building an inclusive employment ecosystem. We are looking for a Frontend Developer to lead the creation of a scalable UI architecture and deliver high‑quality features.
Key responsibilities
- Lead development of a reusable component library and design system for consistent UI.
- Build UI features with React and TypeScript, ensuring thorough testing and sprint delivery.
- Optimize performance to achieve target metrics such as first contentful paint under 1.8 seconds.
- Deliver WCAG 2.1 AA compliant accessibility features.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate user stories into shippable features.
- Implement responsive, cross‑browser UI components for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
- Create and maintain automated unit, integration, and visual regression tests with at least 85 % coverage.
- Conduct code reviews, monitor quality and security, and address regressions within SLAs.
- Document architecture, standards, and component usage in the internal wiki.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in design reviews.
