Front Office Lead Recruiter – Global Markets

About the role

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for front‑office positions within our Global Markets division. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and align hiring strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders and HR Business Partners to understand talent needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
• Manage the complete recruitment process from job brief to offer, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting and other channels, focusing on senior‑level roles.
• Collaborate with the Front Office direct recruiter on market‑mapping and go‑to‑market sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence and talent pool mapping.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Engage and manage external recruitment firms, including executive search partners.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess cultural fit and coordinate offer negotiations.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Use recruitment metrics and data to provide insights and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience recruiting for front‑office or Global Markets roles, either in‑house or agency.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders and candidates.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially when preparing complex offers under tight timelines.
• Proven ability to conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Solid understanding of the financial services landscape, particularly Global Markets.
