About the role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for our open positions across the United States. This fully remote, full‑time role offers the chance to develop recruitment expertise while working with a supportive team.
Key responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Track recruiting metrics and report weekly on pipeline progress.
Required profile
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate interactions.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Willingness to pass a pre‑employment background check.
