About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to lead full‑cycle hiring for our open positions across the United States. This fully remote, full‑time role offers the chance to develop recruitment expertise while working with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates via job boards, social media, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Keep accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
• Track recruiting metrics and report weekly on pipeline progress.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of candidate interactions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to pass a pre‑employment background check.
