About the role

We are seeking a responsible Front Office Agent who will serve as the face of our company, welcoming visitors and coordinating front desk activities. The role also includes driving the hotel shuttle to the airport and other approved locations.

Key responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day front desk operations, respond to guest calls, requests, and resolve issues.
Ensure timely and accurate check‑in, handle cash, and perform shift open/close processes.
Monitor and replenish office supplies, manage mail distribution, and troubleshoot emergencies.
Maintain guest records, issue folios, and enforce company policies and security requirements.
Drive the hotel shuttle to and from the airport and other approved areas.

Required profile

At least 1 year of experience in front desk, reception, or customer service (Hilton experience a plus).
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
High school diploma; additional certifications are a bonus.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
