About the role

Join Piada Italian Street Food as a Front of House Team Member and be the first point of contact for our guests. You will deliver genuine hospitality, share the story behind our modern Italian cuisine, and ensure each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests enthusiastically and educate them about the menu.
• Assemble, package, and process all orders accurately.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, cleaning, and maintenance standards.
• Restock stations, keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow daily checklists to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Cross‑train in multiple positions and assist with additional duties as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to move guests through the line efficiently.

Required profile

• Highly motivated and able to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working with kitchen equipment and utensils.
• Capable of working in hot or cold temperatures.
• Clear hearing and communication abilities in a noisy environment.
• Ability to speak clearly, articulate, and perform physical tasks such as leaning, bending, and reaching.
