Front Office Manager

About the role

The Front Office Manager leads the hotel's front desk operations, ensuring every guest receives a warm and efficient experience. You will guide, train, and support the front desk team while handling scheduling, guest relations, and daily reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front desk staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Manage daily scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
• Oversee guest check‑in and check‑out processes, maintaining accuracy and speed.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and analyze daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with the Director of Rooms or General Manager on operational matters.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of hotel or related front office experience.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
