Front Desk Attendant

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at the Albion Summit. The role involves greeting guests, handling reservations, and delivering exceptional service throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Handle reservations, modify bookings, and provide concierge information on hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Process guest payments, settle accounts, and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
• Log and deliver packages, mail, and messages to rooms and meeting spaces.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, promotions, and property amenities.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (preferred).
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, including mornings or evenings.
• Positive, upbeat personality with strong multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Basic financial literacy and ability to perform simple arithmetic.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence.
