Front Desk Associate – Logan Square Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a personable Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for patients at our Logan Square clinic. You will help create a welcoming environment while supporting providers and the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, friendly, and inviting reception area to deliver a five‑star patient experience.
• Serve as the liaison between patients, providers, and support staff for scheduling, billing, and general inquiries.
• Consistently achieve scheduling targets and manage appointment flow efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as check‑in, check‑out, and handling patient documentation.
• Uphold the patient‑first, team‑based culture of Aligned Modern Health.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patient‑first attitude with a passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Flexible availability for a non‑traditional schedule (Tue‑Sat, including evenings and weekends).
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 lb and perform frequent standing, walking, and reaching.
