About the role

PsyPhyCare is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver on‑site mental health services for a federally supported residential youth program in Chicago. The position is part‑time, up to 24 hours per week, and focuses on supporting young adults ages 16‑24 in a community‑based setting.

Key responsibilities

Provide individual and group counseling to enrolled students.
Engage with students in dormitories, recreation areas, dining facilities, and counseling spaces.
Collaborate with program leadership and interdisciplinary staff.
Offer oversight, guidance, and training to staff facilitating group sessions.
Support student development, emotional well‑being, and crisis intervention as needed.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and uphold professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Required profile

Active Illinois licensure as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Minimum one year of experience providing mental health services to adolescents or young adults.
