Frame Shop Manager – Retail & Custom Framing

About the role

The Frame Shop Manager leads a team of framers in a retail environment, focusing on building strong customer relationships and delivering high‑quality custom framing solutions. This role balances sales leadership, operational oversight, and hands‑on support to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in enforcing SOPs, company policies, and compliance requirements.
• Coach and develop the framing team’s selling behaviors and performance.
• Plan workload and ensure timely delivery of custom framing projects.
• Achieve personal and team KPIs, reviewing sales and production metrics.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty, handling daily framing expectations.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and omni‑channel processes.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and customer‑focused store environment.

Required profile

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management and sales‑team leadership experience preferred.
• Physical ability to lift heavy boxes, bend, stand for long periods, and use ladders.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.
