About the role
The Store Manager leads the daily operations of a Spencer's retail location, ensuring exceptional guest services and driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain high standards of Guest Services.
- Oversee all store functions, including sales, profitability, expense control, and shrinkage reduction.
- Manage human resources activities such as staffing, scheduling, and employee development.
- Direct merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum age of 21.
- Prior retail management experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
