Store Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

The Store Manager leads the daily operations of a Spencer's retail location, ensuring exceptional guest services and driving sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high standards of Guest Services.
• Oversee all store functions, including sales, profitability, expense control, and shrinkage reduction.
• Manage human resources activities such as staffing, scheduling, and employee development.
• Direct merchandising, inventory control, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 21.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lb for extended periods.
