Fractional Project Manager for Healthcare Facilities

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Fractional Project Manager to act as the owner’s representative on healthcare capital projects, guiding them from early planning through occupancy while ensuring clinical safety and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning and design management, coordinating architects, engineers and consultants, and reviewing design for constructability, infection control and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee construction, monitoring schedule, budget, quality, risk, and managing contractors, change orders, RFIs and submittals.
• Manage financial and contract aspects, develop budgets, track costs, negotiate contracts and provide financial reporting.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, serve as liaison between hospital leadership, clinicians, facilities staff and authorities, and deliver regular status reports.
• Direct commissioning, systems testing, owner training and project close‑out, ensuring delivery of as‑built documents and warranties.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare construction or capital project management, preferably as an owner’s representative.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, codes and accreditation standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, CHC, LEED AP are preferred.
