Owners Representative & Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager will act as the Owner’s Representative, overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects from design through close‑out. This senior position drives coordination across permitting, construction, quality control, scheduling and budget management while ensuring a high‑quality client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day execution of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain client communication strategies, delivering consistent updates across stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, task assignments and milestone tracking.
• Monitor performance metrics, KPIs and financial data, providing insights for informed decision‑making.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and design partners, fostering collaborative relationships and escalating issues as needed.
• Support procurement and relocation activities, aligning logistics with project specifications.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and reinforcing project standards.

Required profile

• Typically 7+ years of project management experience in construction, facilities or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage scope, milestones and deliverables across multi‑phase projects.
• Strong client‑service orientation, analytical problem‑solving skills and proactive, resource‑ful attitude.
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to professionalism, dependability and continuous learning.
