Founding Product Manager

About the role

Sailor Health is seeking a Founding Product Manager to lead the creation of AI‑first products that improve mental health for older adults. This ground‑floor opportunity allows you to shape product strategy, drive execution, and deliver clinical impact at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the central bridge across founders, engineering, design, and clinical teams, owning prioritization, success metrics, and rapid iteration from insight to shipped product.
• Build AI voice‑powered coaches that support cognitive health, mindfulness, and wellness through natural conversational interactions.
• Develop AI care agents for providers, including speech‑to‑text triage, care navigation copilots, auto‑summarized progress notes, and intelligent intake.
• Architect and ship the clinical operations layer covering patient scheduling, documentation, and revenue cycle management using healthcare APIs.

Required profile

• 2+ years of product experience, preferably in fast‑paced startup environments.
• Technical fluency with modern web technologies and AI tools.
• Strong user intuition, high EQ, and curiosity about business and clinical problems.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous, open‑ended problems and making decisions with imperfect information.
