Founding & Mid-Market Account Executive – $200K+ OTE

About the role

We are seeking high‑performing Account Executives to join fast‑growing SaaS, AI, and fintech companies. In these founding and mid‑market positions you will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with leadership teams to shape go‑to‑market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and close).
• Generate pipeline through outbound outreach and strategic prospecting.
• Collaborate directly with executive and leadership teams.
• Sell into mid‑market and enterprise accounts across the United States.
• Help define and refine GTM strategy in early‑stage or scaling environments.

Required profile

• Proven quota‑carrying experience in a high‑velocity sales environment.
• Strong outbound/hunter mindset with a track record of building pipeline.
• Experience in SaaS, AI, or fintech sectors.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
