About the role
We are looking for a founding commercial leader to take 909 from pre‑launch to a sustainable, subscription‑first DTC business. Reporting directly to the founders, you will own the full commercial engine – sales, marketing, acquisition, retention and P&L.
Key responsibilities
- Own P&L after launch, driving revenue, margin, cash‑flow, contribution margin, CAC payback and LTV across the product mix.
- Build and scale the acquisition engine: paid social (Meta, Google), influencer and affiliate channels, landing‑page optimisation and creative testing.
- Lead the DTC launch, pre‑launch wait‑list, founding‑member acquisition and day‑one subscriber volume.
- Manage performance‑marketing budget, MER targets and continuously optimise campaigns.
- Develop subscription and retention programmes, overseeing M1‑M3 retention, churn reduction and habit formation.
Required profile
- Proven experience building a commercial function from zero to revenue‑generating operation.
- Strong P&L ownership with a focus on profitable growth over vanity metrics.
- Hands‑on mindset comfortable setting strategy, testing quickly and scaling successful tactics.
- Ability to work directly with founders and influence company direction.
